Ingredients
- bacon
- mixed vegetables
- bread
- butter
- mayonnaise
Instructions
- Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy.
- Remove the bacon and in the same skillet, add the mixed vegetables. Sauté until tender.
- Toast the slices of bread in the remaining bacon fat.
- Spread mayonnaise on each slice of toasted bread.
- Layer bacon and sautéed vegetables on two slices, then top with the remaining slices of bread.
