Ingredients

  • bacon
  • mixed vegetables
  • bread
  • butter
  • mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy.
  2. Remove the bacon and in the same skillet, add the mixed vegetables. Sauté until tender.
  3. Toast the slices of bread in the remaining bacon fat.
  4. Spread mayonnaise on each slice of toasted bread.
  5. Layer bacon and sautéed vegetables on two slices, then top with the remaining slices of bread.
